The
Leela Palace stands majestically amidst seven acres of lush gardens and a sparkling
lagoon in the garden city of Bangalore. Built in an art-deco form drawing inspiration
from the architectural style of the Royal Palace of Mysore and the palaces of
Vijayanagar Empire, its copper domes, arches and ornate ceilings reflect the
grandeur of palaces of a bygone era.
Accomodation:
The Delux Suite at The Leela Palace, Bangalore spread over a sprawling area
of 2484 sq.ft has 3 bay areas namely the Living Room, The Dining Room and the
Bed Room. The personal spacious balconies attached to each room allows one a
view of the sparkling lagoon and the landscaped gardens. A large balcony attached
to the living room allows our guest to host a small private party for select
guests at his own secluded venue. The ornate and the luxurious bedroom has an
attached well appointed bath with a shower cubicle offering steam facilities.
A Powder Room for the additional guests offers them total privacy and comfort
in terms of wash and change. The majestic and imposing Dining Room has a seating
capacity for 8 people.
The Delux suite is affiliated to The Royal Club and hence the guests can avail
of the exclusive royal privileges. Majestically positioned on the 5th floor
of The Leela Palace, is the Royal Club. The concept of this Royal Club restaurant
is to provide privacy and unmatched quality. Featuring a special a la carte
opulent English breakfast in the morning the discerning traveler will have a
taste of signature dishes specially prepared by our Chef, Chef Jean Michel.
A small traditional a la carte selection will encompass the Great Classics (Caviar,
Foie-Gras, White Asparagus, Truffles, Escargot, Tournedos Rossini, etc), French
farmhouse cheese and authentic French wines. The warmth of a tastefully designed
décor, sophistication, comfort and an impeccable attention to details
welcomes you to this extravagant outlet. The candlelit dinners in the evening,
subdued lighting, the shimmer of crystal and the mellifluous tunes of the piano
will treat you to a taste of luxurious life.
The cuisine will match the aura of the surrounding, simple yet elegant with
a lot of flair and true flavors. The beverage offerings will boast of rarities
and labels seldom seen in the country along with specialty French coffee and
fine teas.Positioned on the sixth floor and elegantly fitted in soft muted tones,
the Cigar Room is a treasured retreat for cigar lovers. Enliven your senses
with the aroma of a seasoned Havanna as the mellifluous tunes of classic jazz
and blues gently sooth your aulfactory senses. A lavish selection of exquisite
wines, rare brandies, vintage rums, and fine aged malts, cocktails paired with
